Product Management in High-tech Done Right.

Product management has been dominated by frameworks and concepts that primarily apply to SaaS businesses,not necessarily to non-SaaS, high-tech products. I have worked with several high-tech startups and scale-ups, helping them build effective product teams and organizational structures. Through this experience, I’ve observed a clear need for training and reference material tailored to non-SaaS, high-tech environments, industries where physical products, complex systems, and long development cycles create unique challenges.

In this blog, I share my perspective on the current state of product management for high-tech (non-SaaS) products, and what it takes to make it effective in such contexts.
